Staff Product Manager (Commerce) – LastPass

Your Day to Day
LastPass is looking for a highly motivated Staff Product Manager to drive the definition and development of our LastPass Commerce platform. As a Staff Product Manager for Commerce, you would be responsible for identifying and defining enhancements to equip our commerce system and associated backend systems to flex and scale to the demands of our business, delivering to the company’s vision and strategy. You will develop and guide strategy around our commerce and backend systems, including owning the Commerce roadmap. You will gather and identify market/customer needs and pain points we need to address, translated into a target state vision and a set of prioritized requirements. You will work with internal stakeholders across the business as well as our development teams to execute on your roadmap and plans. Ultimately, your goal will be to deliver a world-class customer acquisition funnel. This role must be able to create a target state vision, make data-driven decisions and be disciplined about prioritization.
What We’re Looking For
As a Staff Product Manager, your background will look like:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science, or another relevant degree
· 5+ years of experience in a similar product management role working in complex tech or software – SaaS/B2B experience preferred
· Demonstrated track record of success working across cross-functional teams and comfortably communicating ideas and plans to varied levels of leadership across the business
· Excellent verbal & written communication, organizational and relevant project management skills
· Fluency in English is required; Hungarian language skills are a plus
