The Role
This role will lead the product led growth strategy to deliver the real value of Employment Hero to new users. As an experienced product growth leader who will lead a number of teams to accelerate the growth of new users.
Leading a team of engineers, data analysts, designers and marketers - delivering value and scaling the product growth function.
Enable product led growth to deliver scalable cost effective customer acquisition, supporting shift from a largely sales led organisation.
Responsibilities
- Set the product led growth vision, build our cross-company growth roadmap and own the execution.
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional leadership peers to deliver a high impact roadmap.
- Embed experimentation and growth principles across the broader product team.
- Scale the product led growth team.
- Combine data and customer feedback to frame problems and develop solutions that delight customers and advance business goals.
- Develop a deep understanding of the competition and SaaS growth trends.
- Drive cost efficient product qualified leads.
- Conduct market research and interact with customers to understand their needs, obtain product feedback and optimise the customer journey
- Work closely with local and remote teams through Agile methodologies, to solve identified business problems with a focus on delivering ambitious results
- Live and breathe the statistics of the product and ultimately develop plans to reach the ambitious growth metric
- Combine ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
Requirements
Essential:
- 3+ years of experience in a growth or experimentation role.
- Undergraduate degree (Business Systems, IT or Engineering disciplines preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in product management and strategy with a proven record of successfully launching products.
- 3+ years of experience with an Agile framework.
- Innovative thinking with a passion for problem-solving and user-centric design.
- Demonstrate ability to drive cross-functional alignment and coordinate teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with a goal to be data-informed and metrics oriented
- Self-driven and able to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and uncertain situations
- Great understanding of what makes web and mobile applications engaging and delightful
- Strong ability to motivate and inspire people to make an impact
- Enthusiastic about customers' needs
