Sales Operations Manager

Remote (United States)

You Will

  • Be a key enabler of deal formation and execution with a focus on minimizing sales cycle times while optimizing revenue, profitability, and deal quality. 
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business
  • Support the sales team with process improvements, measurements, tracking and analytics 
  • Partner with the Sales and Marketing departments to refine the lead qualification process
  • Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
  • Define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
  • Assist with on-boarding and training new sales staff
  • Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and work to enhance renewal and upsell processes

 

You Have

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations as a Salesforce expert with proficiency at creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards
  • Experience running a deal desk team and improving sales efficiencies
  • Knowledge of sales tools such as LeanData, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and others
  • Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact.
  • Advanced reporting skills with a strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM applications and ARR models.
  • Bachelor's degree required; technical or business-related field preferred.
