Growth Marketing Manager - Contract

Celigo is looking for a (3-month contract) Growth Marketing Manager with experience marketing to executives/ the C-suite, Operations and/or IT leaders. You need to be familiar with the challenges and opportunities of messaging and marketing to the leaders of enterprise and mid-market organizations. You will help define and orchestrate persona-based go-to-market efforts for decision-makers at enterprise companies. In this role, you'll demonstrate your experience developing audience insights, personas, and buyer journeys, developing and validating messaging, and driving integrated program strategies to bring those insights and messaging to life. You’ll show you are strategic, creative, and an excellent communicator who can describe sophisticated ideas simply.


This is a high visibility role in which it will be crucial to build trust and partnership with other marketers in addition to colleagues in Sales, Partner Enablement, Product Marketing and Business Development.


What you will be doing 

  • Leverage your understanding of Executives, Departmental Operations, IT, and the interplay between these functions to build the Celigo go to market machine for expanding from technical teams to the rest of the company, while turning execs from skeptics to champions
  • In the first six months, you will have mapped the expansion sales motion, built compelling personas and narratives for C-levels, Departmental Operations Team and IT, and become an expert helping the drive pipeline for enterprise and mid-market companies.
  • Build bottom’s up lead and pipeline goals, determining which marketing channels make the most sense, and owning the execution plan for these
  • Analyze and track program success against defined return metrics
  • Plan and host online events/webinars to create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities and deepen our existing customer relationships
  • Create campaign assets as needed, including presentations, landing pages, emails, automated programs, etc
  • As a key team member of aligned sales teams, participate in daily team meetings, planning sessions, forecast calls, etc
  • Create email templates and sequences specific to target buyers for both marketing top of funnel email drip campaigns and SDR outreach 
  • Roll out campaigns to the sales team, ensuring they know what is happening in their segment from a marketing perspective


What you should have

  • 7+ years of solution marketing experience with 2+ years in the B2B enterprise/mid-market software space.
  • Proven track record in building successful demand generation programs that produce solid ROI. Bonus points for surpassing pipeline targets.
  • A strong team player with the ability to work on a cross-functional team, who also has the ability to solely execute programs as needed
  • Experience executing programs in a marketing automation platform (ideally Hubspot) and building reports in Salesforce 
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage dozens of moving pieces across multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  • Creative and innovative personality, not afraid to try new things to figure out how to get the best results
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot and problem-solve
