You’re a driven Director of Product Management responsible for evolving the #1 automated testing framework loved by tens of thousands of global developers. You will be responsible for understanding the needs of your developer users across different profiles and geographies, to define and extend the framework’s capabilities. This role will involve knowing the automated testing industry and ensuring that we’re delivering industry-leading functionality that enables developers to increase their test code coverage, and create compelling intelligent testing experiences. You will also work with our Go-To-Market teams and Cloud teams to drive customers and business.

The company helps modern developers and their respective companies accelerate the velocity and quality of their web and JavaScript-based applications. Your role will drive a revolutionary shift of the framework to the Cloud and solidify our market position.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the overall product experience for developers (ranging from startups to enterprise users) including the experience around the onboarding flow and activation funnel.
  • Own innovation across multiple surfaces and inspiring teams to build for the future.
  • Conduct research activities so your team can make data-informed product decisions and evaluate product success.
  • Drive relationships with partners across several product teams, including enabling the Go-To-Market teams (Sales, Support DevX, and Marketing).
  • Lead large and cross-functional groups of people. Communicate concisely and influence outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of technical product management experience, defining product outlook/roadmaps, product launches, and writing Product Requirements documents.
  • Excitement for the developer tools space.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • A track record of influencing teams towards a measured outcome.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proven bias for action and drive to get things done.


Bonus: 

  • Experience in actively product managing a large open-source framework.
