Growth Marketing Manager (US Remote)
As Growth Marketing Manager, you will own optimization of the website and free trial product experience for Avoma. Help us make our product-led experience even more fantastic for our customers.

What you will be doing in the role (Responsibilities)
Conversion optimization: Manage the website post-click experience! Help our visitors get to the right content and understand how best to engage with us
Free trial optimization: Guide our users to the best possible free trial experience, by introducing them to, and educating them on the features and capabilities of the product
A/B and multivariate testing: Be our inhouse testing expert. Design and execute experiments to improve our web and product experience
In-product marketing: Introduce our users to the power of Avoma within the app
Personalization: Get the right content and features in front of the right users at the right time to increase feature adoption and customer retention.
Collaborate with the rest of marketing and the revenue team to build a seamless customer journey
What you need to be successful in the role (Qualifications)
Previous track record of success in growth marketing
Experience in collaborating with product and sales teamså
Proven ability to synthesize data into insights and experiments
Facility with the PLG (product-led growth) toolset, including marketing automation, A/B testing, product personalization, product analytics, etc.
Work outside the org chart to get things done
What sets you apart (Bonus Qualifications)
Experience growing an early stage startup
Skills in copywriting and visual design
Experience in B2B SaaS, especially for PLG, and/or a sales buyer persona
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence technologies and tools
Experience with performance marketing, including paid channels, attribution tracking, landing pages.

A transparent base salary and uncapped variable compensation structure
Starting Salary $85,000-95,000 + 25% quarterly performance bonus for OTE of $106,000-118,000
15 days of PTO annually on top of company holidays
